Satellite Security To Acquire Advanced Interactive Mobile Marketing System
Satellite Security Corp. has signed a letter of intent to acquire Advanced Interactive Mobile Marketing System, Inc. (AIMMS). Satellite Security will exchange 50 million shares of its stock for 100% of the outstanding shares of AIMMS. The letter of intent is a non-binding.
Satellite Security Corp., San Diego, was previously in the business of asset tracking using GPS technology and has terminated these operations. The company is evaluating opportunities to merge or combine with an operating company.
South Korea-based AIMMS owns and operates a turnkey system for capturing customer information, membership and CRM management, loyalty programs, campaign planning and execution, result analysis and enhanced data mining. The AIMMS platform enables corporations to access their customers’ cell phones with local targeted advertising. All campaigns are tracked and provide user information via multi-dimensional database analysis reporting tools.
