Halyard Capital has teamed up with direct marketing veteran Stan Rapp to launch Engauge, a new marketing agency that claims to optimize the power of brand and customer engagement.
To put together the new venture, Engauge acquired Austin-based Direct Impact, a nationally a data analytics firm in February and brand marketing agency Ten United earlier this month.
Rapp will serve as chairman of the agency. Rick Milenthal, former chairman of TenUnited, will serve as CEO.
