Pitney Bowes Inc. has acquired the assets of International Mail Express Inc. for $29 million.
International Mail Express provides consolidation services for letters and flats being mailed internationally.
As a result of the acquisition Pitney Bowes plans to offer expanded mail services, Michael J. Critelli, chairman and CEO of Pitney said in a statement.
