PETsMART Inc. has named Timothy E. Kullman senior vice president and CFO, effective July 8. Kullman replaces Thomas S. Liston, who has served as interim CFO since December 2001.
Most recently, Kullman worked as the executive vice president and CFO for Hagemeyer North America Holdings Inc., a wholly owned division of Hagemeyer NV, a global distribution company based in the Netherlands.
