Orbit Drop Inc. a Dallas based retailer and drop-off service for customers of EBay Inc., has acquired Success Direct TV LLC, a direct response TV marketing agency based in Aurora, CO, for undisclosed terms.
Success Direct TV has projected generating in excess of $10 million in revenues in 2005. Its fitness product Butterfly Abs reportedly generated $4.7 million in revenues last year.
Orbit Drop plans merge the DRTV business with its online marketing services and offer Success Direct’s products on its Web site.
