Office Depot has revamped and renamed its loyalty program, and removed the rewards cap for members.
The program is being relaunched as Worklife Rewards, giving members a 5% rebate on purchases of $200 or more during a reward period. Those who spend at least $200 continue to earn 5% back on future qualified purchases. That format replaces the Office Depot Advantage Program, which limited how much members could earn.
Worklife Rewards also gives double credit on Office Depot’s private-label ink and toner, and 15% back on purchases of $35 or more on copy, print and ship services. Members can track their purchase history and rewards online. Members of the old Advantage Program have been automatically enrolled in Worklife Rewards; new cards were mailed June 1.
The program targets small-business owners. “We specifically designed Worklife Rewards to help our customers deal with the everyday challenges of managing resources and budgets smartly and effectively,” said Senior VP-Marketing Tony Ueber in a statement.
