O’Currance Teleservices has cut the ribbon on a new call center facility. The new location will feature 100 seats, was well as six supervisor stations, four management offices and three administration booths. The new seats expand O’Currance’s ability to offer its inbound telemarketing products and services.
The new location, based in Draper, UT, will primarily serve dedicated desk agents – those that process calls for a single client. According to the company dedicated desk agents require more training and resources than traditional sales reps.
O’Currance maintains other facilities in Salt Lake City, near its headquarters.
