SCRATCH: Toronto, has brought in a third partner, Elan Packer, as the agency adds new work. Packer had been a brand manager at Pfizer and Novartis, with an earlier stint as director of client services at LLS Market Research. He joined Scratch’s founding partners Robert Wise and David Riabov on April 1. Meanwhile, Scratch won all promotional, digital and event work for Renee’s Gourmet, including refrigerated salad dressing, barbecue sauce and dips. The agency had handled projects for Renee’s, whose salad dressing is Canada’s top brand. The agency adopted the Scratch name in October 2004; clients include Universal, EB Games, Best Break Tours, Rideau and First Night.
