DAIRY QUEEN: has teamed up with Children’s Miracle Network to sell glow-in-the-dark bracelets for $1 to raise funds for the network, an organization of hospitals that treat 17 million children a year. Participating Dairy Queen and DQ Grill & Chill restaurants nationwide will sell the bracelets— in red, yellow, blue, orange and green— Oct. 1; proceeds benefit local Children’s Miracle Network hospitals. The bracelets are also available online at Thedqlab.com.

MTV NETWORKS LATIN AMERICA: has signed Coca-Cola for its fourth year sponsoring the MTV Video Music Awards Latinoamerica. Motorola and HP join Coca-Cola as official sponsors of the event, which airs Oct. 20. Show sponsors will have with tags, banners, TV spots and online at MTVla.com. Barcardi will serve as the VMLAs 2005 official supplier of spirits.
