TRACYLOCKE: Dallas, has allied with retail consultancy Retail Forward, Columbus, OH, to expand the agency’s research, strategy and shopper-marketing capabilities. The venture will be overseen by TracyLocke CEO Ron Askew and Managing Director of Retail Strategy Al Witteman, who took that post in January (Xtra Jan. 19). TracyLocke will sponsor Retail Forward’s annual Strategic Outlook one-day conferences in New York, Chicago, San Francisco and Toronto as part of the deal. Omnicom-owned TracyLocke ranked No. 7 in the 2005 PROMO 100 with estimated 2004 net revenues of $96 million, up an estimated 27%.
