Medco Health Solutions Inc. posted net income of $228.8 million for the fourth quarter rose to $228.8 million, a 29.4% increase over $176.8 million in the prior-year period.
The mail order pharmacy and benefits manager reported net revenue of $10.9 billion for the quarter ended Dec. 30, a 1.2% gain over $10.8 billion last year.
