Mail-Well Inc., Englewood, CO, has sold its filing products division to International Filing Company, LLC. Terms of the sale were not released.
“The sale of our filing products division is another important step in the implementation of our strategic plan, narrowing our lines of business and reducing our debt load,” Paul Reilly, Mail-Well’s president and CEO said in a statement.
International Filing Company is based in Exton, PA. It was created by former Mail-Well chairman Gerald Mahoney and other managers and investors to effect the purchase.
