Federated Stores Inc. reported that it increased e-mail program revenues generated from its Web site Macy.com by more than 50% during the holiday shopping season.
The increase in revenues follows the implementation of Yesmail personalization and analytics technology used to manage the Macy.com e-mail marketing and customer retention program.
Federated said the amount of personalization used on Macy.com was tripled without increasing the staff.
