Little Debbie snack cakes get a double dose of nostalgia through separate licensing deals with the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Norman Rockwell Licensing.

McKee Foods Corp. will leverage both licensing tie-ins with Hall of Fame and Rockwell merchandise and a ticket giveaway on 100 million Little Debbie packages. Collegedale, TN-based McKee did not disclose terms of the licensing deals.
Hall of Fame offers include discounts on Hall of Fame caps and Baseball as America, a coffee table book about the Hall of Fame Museum’s first touring exhibit, as well as free kids’ tickets to the museum in Cooperstown, NY.
Little Debbie packages also will sport Norman Rockwell images, starting with TeamMates, a new line of cookies. A mail-in offer dangles three collectible Rockwell prints.
Both tie-ins play up Little Debbie’s Americana positioning. The snack brand is “a comfortable match for us,” said Norman Rockwell Licensing’s Director of Licensing Kim Zoph in a statement.
Rockwell and The Hall of Fame “both represent an important part of the American fabric, and we think that makes them a great fit for the Little Debbie brand,” said McKee Foods Creative Services Manager John Petticord in a statement
