Bulls Eye Marketing Inc. was the prior list manager.

NPT Publishing Group Inc. has released the controlled circulation list for Exempt, a new magazine that targets professionals responsible for managing endowments and the finances of nonprofit organizations. Eighty-four percent of these 14,038 subscribers are CEOs. Other subscribers include COOs, development officers and board members.

Subscribers to Dell Magazines and purchasers of Penny Press books were assembled and overlaid with pyschographic and demographic data to introduce new enhanced list segments. The Dell Magazines Penny Press Travel Source file contains 236,699 names. Other enhanced list segments identify pet owners, consumers who’ve purchased diet or self-improvement products, travelers and craft and hobby enthusiasts. Direct mail is the source.
