MKTG Services plans to launch Valores de Correo (Values by Mail) in March, an insert program for reaching Hispanic consumers. The inaugural mailing will be sent to 500,000 households. The Compramos list will be used for targeting packages. This audience has responded to both Spanish language and bilingual direct mail offers. The maximum size for inserts is 5-1/2 by 8-1/2 inches.
