Lifetime Brands Inc. is acquiring the Pfaltzgraff Co., a cataloger of dinnerware and accessories, for an undisclosed sum.
The transaction is expected to close in July.
Pfaltzgraff will remain in York, PA will become a subsidiary of Lifetime. Marsha Everton will continue as president. Lifetime also intends to consolidate and expand certain activities related to retailing, licensing, catalog sales and Internet sales of its other brands.
The company’s Internet and catalog sales, and call center operations will also continue in York.
