The international business of Kraft Foods Inc. plans to acquire the Family Nutrition Co. S.A.E., a producer of biscuits and snack cakes in Egypt.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The Family Nutrition Co. reported 2002 revenues of about $40 million and employs more than 1,800 people.
