Jacques D. Kerrest has resigned as chief financial officer of Harte-Hanks Inc. to become CFO of Equant.
Harte-Hanks, a direct marketing services firm based in San Antonio, TX, has launched a search for Karrest’s replacement.
Company CEO Richard Hochhauser said in a statement that Kerrest had been “an important contributor to our company over these last six years.”
