International Card Establishment Inc., a provider of electronic payment processing services, has signed a letter of intent to acquire Neos Merchant Solutions Inc., an Irvine, CA gift and loyalty systems provider, for $5 million in stock.
The transaction is expected to close by June 30.
Neos offers gift and loyalty card processing, electronic payment and point-of-sale (POS) equipment integration.
