Integrated Media Holdings Inc. will acquire Bidchaser Inc., an online auction and e-commerce company, for an undisclosed sum.
The acquisition will be completed by merging a newly formed Integrated Media subsidiary with Bidchaser through a share exchange and with Bidchaser surviving as the wholly owned subsidiary.
