Service bureau ICT Group Inc., Langhorne, PA, said yesterday it has signed agreements with Mellon Bank, Dime Savings Bank of New York (FSB) and Standard Federal Bank to provide customer service support for banking operations from its call centers.
For Mellon Bank and Standard Federal, ICT will support mortgage servicing operations, a function that has historically been performed internally within the banking industry, the company said. For Dime, ICT will support the overflow of its existing telebank service.
The combined agreements are estimated to generate revenues in excess of $5 million in 1999 alone. ICT manages 34 call centers in 9 states, Europe and Canada.
