H&R Block Taps DraftWorldwide for Software DM

H&R Block has picked DraftWorldwide to create direct and electronic marketing for its tax preparation and financial services software.

The budget was not disclosed.

The account will be handled by the agency’s Chicago office. Megan O’Connor is lead account executive. Kathy Bucaro-Zobens and Joe Popa will lead creative efforts, said agency spokeswoman Stacey Cohen. Work will begin this fall.

“We chose DraftWorldwide based on the company’s proven track record, strategic approach and work processes,” said Block’s assistant vice president Sabrina Wiewel in a statement.

H&R Block is based in Kansas City, MO.
