Harris Interactive Hires Three

Research firm Harris Interactive has hired three senior consultants for its loyalty division.

Bill Salokar, John Jessen and Sandy Lasky join Harris as vice presidents and senior consultants for Harris Interactive Loyalty, working with key clients to develop research programs in the U.S. and overseas. They will also pitch clients on Harris’ Commitment Model methodology.

Salokar had been marketing research manager with the American Cancer Society, where he led the organization’s first comprehensive loyalty initiative. Earlier, he had been an account director at TNS NFO.

Jessen comes to Harris from Soundings Research, a company he founded.

Lasky had been vice president of market research at Chatham Partners, handling business-to-business customer loyalty for financial institutions.

Harris is best known for its consumer opinion research, The Harris Poll.
