Harris Interactive has hired Michael Lowenstein as VP and senior consultant in its customer loyalty management research practice. The appointment took effect Feb. 6.
In his new role, he will advise the practice and be involved in business development activities by consulting with clients and prospects within the technology, telecom and other industries, both nationally and internationally. He will be based in Princeton, NJ.
Most recently, Lowenstein worked as the senior VP of the Customer Management Center of Excellence at GfK NOP.
He brings 30 years of experience to the post and is the author of two customer loyalty books: Customer Retention: Keeping Your Best Customers and The Customer Loyalty Pyramid as well as other books, journal articles and columns, Harris Interactive said.
