Former YesMail CFO Returns as President

YesMail.com, New York, has named Dave Menzel president. He had previously worked for YesMail as CFO from initial financing through its IPO and subsequent acquisition by CMGI Inc. in March 2000. Menzel will be responsible for operations, technology, network development, human resources and administration and finance.

Yesmail.com, New York, has named Dave Menzel president. Menzel had previously worked for Yesmail as CFO from initial financing through its successful IPO and subsequent acquisition by CMGI, Inc. in March 2000.

Menzel will be responsible for operations, technology, network development, human resources and administration and finance. Prior to yesmail.com, Menzel was CFO at Campbell Software, Inc. (CSI), and began his career with Arthur Andersen.

In addition, Mark Lesswing joins the permission-based e-mail marketing firm as chief technology officer and Mark Boyce has been appointed to executive vice president of strategic development.

Lesswing will lead the company’s technology, software development and product development efforts. Boyce will oversee the company’s growth in new areas, including eCRM, wireless, international expansion and new partnerships and acquisitions. Boyce will also spearhead the efforts in privacy, legislation and compliance.

All three positions will report to CEO David Tolmie.
