E-Dialog Purchases MBS for $22.5 Million

E-Dialog, an Internet marketing services firm, has acquired MBS, a database marketing services firm, for $22.5 million.

MBS will operate as a subsidiary of E-Dialog and its executive team will remain intact.

“With this acquisition, E-Dialog said it could offer clients a database engine that reveals consumer behavioral patterns through e-mail, direct mail, mobile devices, social networks, e-commerce, telemarketing and at retail point-of-sale.
