The Federal Communications Commission proposed earlier this month that Phoenix-based Dynasty Mortgage LLC forfeit $770,000 for alleged violations of the federal do-not-call list. Dynasty management is contesting the forfeiture request, saying it has followed FCC telemarketing guidelines.
