Cingular Wireless, a joint venture between SBC Communications and BellSouth, has chosen Ant Farm Interactive to develop and implement its online customer relationship management strategy.
Goals of the CRM program include using online communication to notify customers about relevant information, as well as improving customer retention and cross-sell rates. The program is expected to launch by the end of June 2001.
@tmosphere, a digital branding agency, will retain responsibility for Cingular’s online media presence.
