This Friday, Cingular Wireless will back its new pre-paid calling service KiC (Keep in Contact) with the LAUNCH Concert Series targeting Spring Breakers in South Padre Island, TX.
The concert will feature recording artist Sean Paul and include the winners of an in-store Cingular sweepstakes.
Santa Clara, CA-based Yahoo! and its LAUNCH music site are coordinating the promotion. Wrapped electric cars featuring Launch and Cingular KiC branding will tour South Padre Island, with each car equipped with Cingular KiC prepaid phones to allow attendees to call friends and family back home. The promotion will continue through April 21.
