CGI Holding Corp. has signed a letter of intent to acquire Member’s Edge LLC for $6.5 million. Member’s Edge provides the Family Discount Network and Member’s Edge Voicemail, two programs that offer consumer services. The Family Discount Network offers members a customizable e-mail service and savings on vision, chiropractic, legal, pharmacy, automotive, entertainment, and medical services. Its voicemail service provides toll-free access as well as an e-mail forwarding option.
