Epixtar Corp., a telemarketing outsourcing provider, will acquire Innovative Marketing Strategies Inc. (including its Philippine and three US call centers, for $7.5 million, according to the Philippine Star. Epixtar, Miami, FL, has facilities in the Philippine cities of Eastwood City, Alabang, Clark Special Economic Zone, and another one still under construction in Dumaguete.
