Blair Corp., Warren, PA, has appointed Craig N. Johnson, currently on its board of directors, chairman of the board. Michael A. Schuler, president and CEO of Donerail Investments Ltd., was named to the board.
Johnson, who had been managing director and partner of Glenthorne Capital in Philadelphia, currently works as an advisory director for Glenthorne.
Johnson succeeds Murray K. McComas as chairman, McComas, who has served on the board for 26 years, will remain on it as a director.
