Computer networking equipment direct marketer Black Box Corp., based in Pittsburgh, has completed the merger of Key-Four Inc. into a wholly owned subsidiary. Terms were not disclosed.
The Atlanta-based privately held Key-Four provides technical design, installation and maintenance services for structured premise cabling and telephone systems. Annual revenues of Key-Four approximate $7 million. Kenneth L. Masters will continue to serve as president of Key-Four.
