Relationship marketing firm Epsilon is building 75,000-square-foot of new office space in Dallas. The new facility, scheduled to open next spring, will replace two existing Dallas offices and includes a 5,000-square-foot data center. It will house roughly 340 employees.

The master file consists of 1.1 million equipment buyers is available, plus seven other lists that specify types of equipment buyers.
