Anything Internet Corp., an Internet services company based in Denver, has signed a letter of intent to purchase Inform Worldwide Inc., Englewood, CO, for approximately $12 million. The deal is expected to close in July. Inform reportedly develops location-based Internet services that enable businesses to increase productivity, profitability and market share.
