The database allows access to new movers of any demographic required. Approximately 70% of the records are single family dwelling units and 44% hold an income of $50,000 or more.
Targeted demographics can be narrowed down by using radius, drive time, custom boundary tools, and more.
New mover lists are available going back as much as 6 months.
American Clearinghouse hosts an online database which builds on data from more than 118 million households.
