Mercury, a multichannel marketing agency, has picked Andy Cutler to serve as its chief strategy officer, a newly created position.
Cutler joins Mercury from Equifax Database Services (formerly BeNow), where he was VP of client development. He has also held positions in client management and business development at Epsilon.
