Abacus has named Phil Hoey senior vice president of finance.
He comes from Time Warner where he oversaw financial responsibilities for AOL’s Access Products and Technologies group. Before that, he spent 16 years at General Electric where he was responsible for the financial oversight of the NBC News division’s worldwide operations.
