WhenU.com Sued Over Pop-up Ad Placement Tactics

TigerDirect Inc., a computer direct marketer and retailer, has sued WhenU.com, an online advertising agency, for alleged trademark infringement.

The suit, which was filed in the federal court for the Southern District of Florida, alleges that consumers are diverted from certain commerce sites to those of their competitors through the use of pop-up ads.
