Santa’s elves aren’t the only ones who face extra stress during the holiday season. For example, consider catalog telereps.

The Wall Street Journal did just that on Dec. 22, looking at the stress teleservices agents suffer during the Christmas season. We found the article’s last two sentences to be the most enlightening.

Interesting. We wonder if Ellis meant that as advice for the rest of us to follow when faced with fielding outbound teleservices calls.
