It happens. You work your a_ _ off on a creative project. It’s all good. Then you send it out into the wild, wild marketplace to seek out the consumers your brand is looking for. Even though you’re sure it’s a winner, you cross your fingers and hold your breath. Then. Poof. Nothing.
