Vertis Communications has named David Glogoff vice president and deputy general counsel.
Glogoff joined Vertis in 2000 as associate general counsel and was promoted to deputy general counsel in 2005. Prior to joining Vertis, Glogoff was a corporate associate in the business and finance group of the law firm Smith, Stratton, Wise, Heher & Brennan, and a litigation associate at the law firm of Flood, Johnston & McShane.
