ValueClick CEO Steps Down, Replaced by Former CEO

Tom A. Vadnais is will step down as CEO, and as a director, of ValueClick Inc. Vadnais had been a director of the company since 2001 and CEO since May 2007. Vadnias is retiring, according to a company statement.

He will be replaced by James R. Zarley, who will assume the president and CEO positions. Zarley will resign from his current position as executive chairman before taking on the new roles.
