Carlson Marketing has promoted Todd Dexter from vice president and group creative director to vice president, creative-U.S.
He now is responsible for all creative work in the U.S., leading teams in Minneapolis, Detroit and New York.
In addition to maintaining a leadership role at Carlson Marketing, he has worked with such clients as AARP, GM, JetBlue and Amtrak.
He has worked for Carlson since 2006. Prior to that, he was the creative lead for Best Buy’s “Geek Squad” brand. He managed and designed everything from television and radio spots to print, interactive and in-store displays. He also led Best Buy’s image work.
