Thane Direct Canada Inc., a Canadian subsidiary of Thane Direct Group, has named Patricia Booth as president. She replaces Amir Tukulj, who was named chairman.
The moves are part of an executive restructuring geared toward expansion of Thane’s brand-building capabilities and building up of its international distribution channels.
Booth previously served as vice president.
The firm, a global marketer of direct response television products, was co-founded by Tukulj in 1997.
