Target to Get More Personal with Customers

Target has plenty of customer data to slice and dice based on purchase history and other data points. Now it plans to get to know those customers even better to encourage them to spend more.

TargetTarget Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer Casey Carl is quoted in this article based on comments he told Wall Street analysts.

The goal is to create an in-house data analysis center to craft more personalized communications.
