Synovate, a market research company based in London, has assumed full ownership of Viewscast, a firm that specializes in call center satisfaction monitoring.
Viewscast, which had been partly owned by Synovate, has expanded its services to the market research field.
The two firms have several mutual clients, including Dell, Microsoft and Rank Xerox.
