Arnold Communications, a subsidiary of Bethesda, MD-based Snyder Communications, has won a $10 million contract from Toysmart.com to develop an integrated marketing program that will include both creative development and media buying responsibilities.
Toysmart.com (formerly Holt Educational Outlet) sells educational toys on the Internet. The site features thousands of educational toys and learning tools, and a large selection of articles, resources and information. A special teachers’ section includes curriculum guides, teacher resources, classroom decorations and art supplies.
Other agency contenders were Hill Holliday and Partners & Simons, both of Boston, Mullen of Wenham, MA, and Mezzina/Brown of New York. Carat Freeman was also considered for Media Buying.
