Snyder Communications Inc., Bethesda, MD, has acquired PromoTech Research Associates, a full-service pharmaceutical marketing communications and direct marketing firm.
“The addition of PromoTech makes Snyder one of the few companies that can offer enhanced distribution and services for pharmaceutical marketing,” Daniel M. Snyder, chairman and CEO of Snyder, said in a statement. “[It] gives us the ability to reach a previously untapped market–doctors who do not participate in traditional sampling from pharmaceutical companies.”
